- Years 1-4: 2 weeks vacation

- 25 + years of service: 5 weeks vacation
- CBS Interactive employees receive a paid winter holiday shut down week as well as 9 fixed holidays plus one additional floating holiday (designated on an annual basis depending on how the holiday schedule falls)
- During your first year of employment the company provides 6 paid days off per year for illness or injury, prorated based on your start date. In subsequent years employees are permitted up to 8 sick days per calendar year. For those employees on a compressed work schedule sick days may be prorated
