Please read the complete TechRepublic Premium Single Purchase Terms of Service:

  1. This TechRepublic Premium single purchase provides access to a single select premium paid content download (collectively, the “TR Content”).
  2. You are making a one-time, non-refundable purchase of the TR Content.
  3. To find answers to frequently asked questions about your TechRepublic Premium single purchase, please review our TechRepublic Premium FAQs.
  4. All charges are in U.S. Funds only.
  5. Applicable tax, GST or VAT is calculated based on the member billing address provided, and added to your subscription rate.
  6. We reserve the right to change these Single Purchase Terms of Service at any time, upon prior written notice to you, if required by state or federal law.
  7. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, access and display any TR Content you have downloaded solely for your personal use or use within the organization that purchased the TechRepublic Premium single download. You will have access to the TR Content you have downloaded, via your “My Previous Downloads” page, for as long as your TR Member Account remains active and the TR Content remains available to TechRepublic. In addition, you may edit and customize certain TR Content such as policies and tools for your personal or business use, subject to any limitations set forth herein or in the downloaded TR Content.
  8. The TR Content is licensed, not sold, to you and may include additional terms (e.g., copyright policies, disclaimers, etc.) within the downloaded document containing the TR Content. In the event of a conflict between those additional usage terms and these Single Purchase Terms of Service, these Single Purchase Terms of Service will control.
  9. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, you may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, sublicense, or otherwise assign any rights to the TR Content, or any portion thereof, to any third party.
  10. Your login for TechRepublic Premium uses the same login credentials used for accessing your free accounts on, and
  11. By agreeing to these Single Purchase Terms, you are hereby also agreeing to the CBS Interactive Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
  12. By checking the box, you indicate that you have read and agreed to these TechRepublic Premium Single Purchase Terms of Service.
